It's a program with 10 online live sessions with hands-on training designed to give you practical tools and the confidence to lead with purpose.
What You’ll Learn & How It Works
- Sessions run 9:00 - 11:30 AM CT every week.
- You'll get participant materials mailed to you prior to the first session.
- You'll have access to an online learning portal in addition to the printed materials.
- There are tools and templates you can apply directly to your operation during the course of the program.
- The program includes a DiSC assessment taken during module 2.
